Someone We Can Recommend Without Reservation
We were, and still are, 2,500 miles away from our second home in Tennessee, but we wouldn’t have that home without Mr. Darwin White. When we decided to look for property in the Ooltewah-Collegedale area, his name was given to us as someone we should possibly contact. We are so glad we did. Even though the property we bought was his listing, and we had said we wanted a buyer’s agent, Mr. White was most helpful while maintaining his professional and moral responsibilities to his listing client. He and his staff helped us understand the Tennessee real estate market. He took the time to explain in detail the local real estate process, pointed us in the direction of competent finance people, and even gave us sound advice on local contractors for some work we wanted done on the property we purchased. Although we were three time zones away, he was willing to contact us at midnight his time, or later, if necessary. Mr. White is a real credit to his profession and someone we can recommend without reservation to friends and strangers alike.
